I have been involved in real estate since 2006 and working on behalf of property buyers in the Uzège area since 2010. I got my real estate licence in 2011. My customers are mainly foreigners from all over the world. I am a specialist of the Uzège area from Avignon to the Cévennes, and Nîmes. However I have assisted clients anywhere in the South of France, from Béziers to Nice.
My story
In 2010 after a brief stint as a listing agent, I decided to become a property finder because I wanted to actually help people – not just sell them houses. Given my background as a business consultant, I wanted to be able to provide a real service.
I have long used online tools during the initial stages of search projects with foreign clients located hundreds or thousands of miles away: databases of selected listings or Zoom discussions of property videos shot during selection visits or phone conversations to answer questions. After Covid I realized how I could move a good part of the delivery of my service online, allowing me to expand my reach to more customers. That’s the French Property Coach: a coaching service which is like the back-office for your French real estate project, available within a few hours including weekends, to help simplify your life.

Hands-on property assistance
As your coach, I will help you deal with people on the ground (agents, notaires, local authorities) through advice or calling them on your behalf, help you understand the legal documents you will have to review along the way and assist you for your notaire meetings, and assist to find the professional assistance if/when your need are beyond my own expertise: estate planning, urban planning, property inspections, money transfers, etc.​

If you are house hunting
If you’re looking to buy a house, I will help to define your project & adjust it along the way, help to deal with the listing agents, assist you to analyze with you the listings for the properties you select online and help to plan and organize your viewing trips, and then debrief after the property visits, at the end of each day if you require.

If you are selling a property
If you are looking to sell your property, I will help you to set a selling price and adjust it along the way, help to select and manage your listing agents, suggest the best next moves if required (lower the price, switch agents, etc.) and later assist you in the legal process, particularly gather all the documents required to sell.

Is it worth it if I am house hunting or selling a property?
The coaching service is tailored to your project, so it is useful either way.
Do you replace the estate agents?
No. Although I am a licensed broker, this online coaching service is a consultancy service to help you better navigate the system – including estate agents. A bit like when you ask advice from your lawyer. Because unless you can interact directly with the buyer of seller, in a private sale, you will have to deal with an agent.
Do you help deal with agents and with notaires?
Yes. All the steps of the way, via emails, phone calls or video calls (specifically with notaires). My credibility with them stems from the fact I am licensed broker and that I represent you.
Do you assist during the property visits?
Yes (although not onsite, obviously) : I can chat with you on the phone during visits, and we debrief after all visits.
What’s included?
The program includes unlimited interactions (mail, phone) about your project and a 90-minute (on average, but there is no time limit) video consultation. And the use of your personalized online project portal. And calls on your behalf to people involved in your project (agents, notaire, mayor, etc.)
How does it work?
You have 24/7 access to your personalised project portal where you store all project info. You interact with the coach via the portal as often as you need. You discuss milestones during the monthly video consultation, and you can organise more video consultations when you are on the road (at an additional cost). You can download all of your project documents anytime and after your subscription has ended.
